The location was perfect for our family outing. We loved the spacious room, and the staff was accommodating during our stay with friends. The buffet breakfast had delicious local foods that everyone enjoyed, making each morning special.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, really made us feel at home, especially during check-in. The brekkie spread was proper good, loads of options! Oh, and that pool is a jol, just what we needed to relax after a busy day!

Just a tad noisy in the evening, some guests were a bit bliksem loud.

Opt for a room away from the noisy restaurant side for better sleep, and check if your room has modern electrical outlets.

Amazing location with friendly staff who truly make you feel welcome. The breakfast buffet is delightful, offering a mix of Western and Indonesian cuisine. The spacious poolside area is perfect for relaxation. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it an ideal spot for any traveler!

the ac in my room wasn’t good enough (i felt really hot! ). the breakfast spread was superb, also the staff were friendly and quick to assist. the room was spacious, which i appreciated.

Superb location in Kemang. tons of restaurants around and Lippo Mall is a short walk away. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful. always ready to assist! Breakfast had great options and the art exhibition added a unique touch.

The spacious room provided a comfortable working environment, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast options were plentiful and of good quality, adding a pleasant start to the day. the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with a lingering odor that was uninviting. The noise from nearby establishments made it difficult to achieve a restful night's sleep, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The stay at Grandkemang was quite pleasant. The spacious BKM Executive Suite I stayed in allowed for comfortable work sessions, and the modern and well-equipped business center facilitated productive meetings. Breakfast at Sperta Restaurant provided a variety of options, with highlights like the fresh omelettes and local dishes. The proximity to Lippo Mall Keman enriched my evenings with dining choices and local attractions.

The shower drainage was a little slow.

I had an awesome group vacation with friends at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing, offering loads of options. We loved hanging out by the swimming pool and the location was perfect for hitting up local restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The gym was a bit outdated and lacked air conditioning, making workouts uncomfortable in the hot weather.
